The University of Virginia, founded by Thomas Jefferson, is a practical expression of the revolutionary ideals he set forth in the Declaration of Independence. On Monday, February 16, 2026, an estimated 2,000 people visited the Rotunda’s Dome Room to see one of 鶹ƽ copies of the Declaration of Independence.
