I would always say that-- think about the projects that you're doing. What is this project impacting? And who is it impacting? Who are you helping by having that role? And I think that's the question that everyone needs to answer, especially in the field of Data Science and AI.

There's an actual theory in deep learning that says for any sort of data set that you have, there exists a deep learning model, a neural network that can, with high accuracy, predict the labels that you want to predict. And the question is not if you want to build models, but why you are building these models? Because you can do a lot of good, but also there is a lot of potential for doing otherwise.
